Iconic 20th-century design, painted metal frame, perforated aluminum diffuser. The Shogun floor lamp, designed in 1986 by Swiss architect Mario Botta for the Italian manufacturer Artemide, is a masterpiece of postmodern design. Inspired by the aesthetic of Japanese samurai, this lamp combines a cylindrical structure with black and white stripes with a perforated aluminum diffuser, creating a captivating play of light and shadow. Diffuser dimensions: 32.5 cm wide X 31.5 cm deep. This lamp is equipped with an E27 socket, compatible with 12W LED bulbs (not included). It is CE certified and suitable for 220–240 V voltages. The black cable is 2 meters long and has a switch. The Shogun is exhibited in the Twentieth Century Design collection at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, a testament to its iconic design status.
