Vintage terrestrial globe from the 1940s-50s made of glass, aluminium, paper, and grey marble. In very good overall condition for its age, with a phosphorescent button and made by 'Cartes Taride in Paris'. Absolutely essential in a 19th-century scientist's workshop, in a curiosity cabinet, or as a night light. Soft light and an authentic learning tool, perfect for sparking children's curiosity. It has a few minor negligible defects on the paper, visible in the photos. H38xD23cm. 2kg.
