Superb pair of bamboo-style end tables and chinese lacquer tray from maison baguès dating from the early 1940s. The bronze work, combined with the lacquered decoration of birds and butterflies on a flowering tree, are typical of the neoclassical style, inspired by asia, of maison baguès. The bronze structure has been completely repolished, the lacquer trays completely revarnished with a tampon. Rare, timeless and very decorative pieces.
