In walnut and walnut burr, this 19th-century secretary is charming with its beautiful grain and elegant black marble top. It opens with a flap revealing a lovely writing area, fitted with compartments and small drawers. Three large drawers at the bottom complete its generous storage space. The piece has retained a lovely antique patina and features stunning wood patterns across the entire front. Revised and ready for use, it is sound, stable, and fully functional. Please note some missing veneer, a small old crack on one side, and a slight loss on a moulding under the marble (see photos).
