Magnificent set of 12 octagonal plates in faience from Angoulême, signed by Alfred Renoleau, featuring their superbly naive hand-painted decorations. Each plate has its individual motif: small characters, birds, flowers... A harmonious and charming set, ideal for a country table or a lovely collection. They show some signs of age: small chips on the edges, central patina, and a crack on one piece (see photos). This does not detract from their beauty or stability. Dimensions: 16 × 16 cm.
