Cylinder desk in Louis XVI style

Louis XVI style cylinder desk in marquetry. Opening with five belt drawers and four upper drawers, and a cylinder revealing a sliding leather-covered top and four drawers. Top in wood surrounded by an openwork gallery in brass. Rests on four legs covered and finished with gilded bronze hooves. The back is also marquetry. Some minor accidents, losses, and peeling of the veneer. Late 19th / Early 20th century. Dimensions: H 120 W 133 D 62 cm.
