MCM Dutch Design Dining Chairs attributed to Cor Alons for Gouda Den Boer, 1950s, Set of 6

Vintage Midcentury Modern Dutch Design dining chair set of 6 by Cor (Cornelius Louis) Alons for C. De Boer / Gouda Den Boer. Designed in 1949 and made in the Netherlands during the 1950s. These chairs are constructed from birch plywood/multiplex with black skai (faux leather) seats and backrests. The chairs are in original condition with normal wear and marks consistent with age and use. Each chair measures 82 cm high, 42 cm wide, and 47 cm deep, with a seat height of 46 cm. Armchairs measure 82 cm high, 57.5 cm wide, and 47 cm deep. Sold as a set of six chairs. The table is not included and is sold separately.
