Beautiful original set of two CH36 dining chairs, designed by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen & Søn. The CH36 is a refined example of Wegner's timeless design philosophy, where functionality, craftsmanship, and natural materials come together. The elegant lines, subtle details, and excellent seating comfort have made this model a beloved classic in Danish design for decades. This set is made of solid oak and features newly professionally hand-woven natural papercord, crafted according to traditional Danish weaving techniques. The woodwork has developed a beautiful natural patina and is in neat vintage condition without damage. Both chairs have the original Carl Hansen & Søn mark. Carefully selected vintage design. Professionally restored where necessary, with respect for the original design, craftsmanship, and materials used. Dimensions are as follows: height 81 cm, width 52 cm, depth 48 cm. Seat height 45 cm.
