Modernist lamp design by Louis Kalff for Philips model Timor 1960.

A very beautiful example of this famous Philips lamp, in its original, unmatched dark green. This Timor model by designer Louis Kalff remains in good structural condition. The shade shows no deformities, dents, or indentations. The base has some scratches as seen in the photos; however, the lamp retains an overall clean and elegant appearance due to the contrast of its satin finish and the gold of the central brass base, which is in very good condition. An iconic and timeless model of a good size, which certainly serves as a reference in lighting. Supplied with a silver-capped bulb. Dimensions: 53 cm in height and 40 cm in diameter.
