Pair of Spanish armchairs by Borge Mogensen

These iconic Spanish armchairs represent Borge Mogensen's masterful contribution to modern design. They were designed for Fredericia in 1958. These two examples are very early instances of this model. Solid oak, high-quality leather, and metal buckles on adjustable straps create customised armchairs with a strong presence. Note: According to the manufacturer, Fredericia, the early models had paper labels that have been worn away over time. However, Fredericia has studied these chairs and confirmed in writing: "We have examined the leather and stitching more closely, and they resemble ours.
