Table lamp Spiral of the Italian space age by Angelo Mangiarotti for Candle

Vintage spiral table lamp by the Italian manufacturer Candle, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti in the 1970s. Here in a rare dark blue version. The body forms a trumpet shape that opens into a standard screw socket. The light source is visible on top of the lamp, making it an essential design element. The uniqueness lies in the design of the base. It is almost entirely dissolved into a sturdy spiral, offering a unique Power Up effect. The lamp is simply operated by pressing down on the switch to turn the light on or off. The lamp is in very good condition and shows virtually no signs of wear. No bulbs included.
