Coffee table or side table. (18th century)

Solid wood coffee table, 18th century. Completely stripped, washed, treated, left with a raw wood finish, natural colour. It can therefore be used as is, or after the application of wax, stain..., it’s a matter of taste. Joinery with tenons, mortises, and dovetails, large forged nails on the top, very good condition. Made in a folk art style, likely from a mountainous region. The drawer sliding from both sides of the top suggests it may also be a money changer's table, which were used at markets in the past for currency conversion. Dimensions 69 X 45 X height 54 cm.
