2 bentwood bistro chairs, circa 1900, by Cambier Frères

Two lovely Belgian-made bentwood chairs by L. & H. Cambier Frères, dating from the early 20th century. Unmarked, they are recognizable by their cross-braced stretcher. These century-old chairs have a bentwood frame and a caned seat, recently reupholstered by a craftsman. Mix and match them around a table with other Thonet, Fischel, or Kohn bistro chairs for a guaranteed stylish effect! In excellent condition, very stable, sturdy, and sound. Visible signs of age: a small, old repair on the top of the backrest of one of the chairs.
