Middle banquette in Régence-Louis XV style – Six cabriole legs – Velvet m

Large mid-century bench with six legs made of solid wood stained brown, joined by characteristic X-stretchers from the Regency-Louis XV repertoire. The apron is carved with leaf motifs, shells, and acanthus in relief. The seat, generous and slightly curved, is upholstered in high-quality mustard/ochre velvet. The underside reveals a solid structure with X-stretchers made of solid wood and a backing fabric secured by tacks. This style copy was made around the 1980s, with good craftsmanship. Overall condition is excellent, with light wear consistent with the age of the piece. Fabric change is possible upon request by our workshops.
