French Empire bedside table by E. Baroni, originating from the early 1800s. Beautiful French bedside table from the Empire period circa 1800-1815, stamped on the back by E. Baroni. Unfortunately, little is known about this furniture maker, and so far it has only been found that he comes from Eastern France. It has 2 drawers, one with a working lock and original key. Made of mahogany veneer on oak and bronze ornaments, with some old restorations all around.
