Antique bedside table in the Louis XVI style, topped with a superb speckled garnet marble top and structured by richly carved supports. Made of solid oak, it charms with its meticulous cabinetmaking, harmonious proportions, and functional central drawer with its original knob. This characterful piece will naturally find its place in a bedroom to hold a lamp, or as an end table in a living room. Condition: The furniture is sound, stable, and perfectly functional. The wood has a beautiful warm and even patina, with a few light superficial marks of use that are entirely consistent with its age and history.
