Artistic glass platter manufactured in the 1960s, Italian production. A spectacular platter made of hand-formed Murano glass, with an organic shape and wavy lines reminiscent of a blooming flower. The deep cobalt centre contrasts with the crystal-clear frame, creating an extraordinary play of light and colour – characteristic of Venetian glass masters. Each piece was made individually by Italian craftsmen, making this form a unique collector's item. Perfect as a decorative bowl, ashtray, centrepiece or sculptural accent in a mid-century, modern or glamour interior.
