Old 19th century watercolor signed and dated

Beautiful old watercolor framed and under glass. Dated 1884, it is signed lower right. Pretty house in a countryside landscape in velisy. In an original wooden and gilded stucco frame, there are some small discreet traces of wear on the corners of the frame. The back is in good condition. Ready to hang.
