Old painting, landscape of Brittany, signed and dated 1931

Pretty landscape, watercolor on paper representing a typical breton cottage. It is dated lower right september 31 for 1931, signed (illegible), and located in saint-pabu which is a commune in the north of the department of finistère in the brittany region, very pretty, small commune, on the edge of the celtic mother.condition: small scattered traces of foxing due to aging of the paper. It is framed in a pretty golden, glazed frame, with black exterior contours, showing some traces of time. Size: l 34 cm h 27 cm very decorative for decorating a second home, especially if it is located in this town and thus keeping a trace of the past with you.
