Original late 19th century chromolithograph, The Four Seasons, Winter, framed

Old chromolithograph taken from the series "the four seasons", here winter, representing a young woman dressed in a richly decorated dress with a shawl, holding a piece of bread and wearing pink flowers in her hair. The quality of the details and the delicate nuances of the colors suggest high precision work. Chromolithographs were particularly popular between the mid-19th century and the early 20th century. We can estimate that this piece dates from the end of the 19th century, between 1880 and 1900. In excellent condition, offered framed, under glass, its dimensions including frame are 40 cm by 30 cm.
