Small polychrome vase bearing the n°61 and the mark of the earthenware factory of longwy. This small town in meurthe-et-moselle saw the birth in 1798 of the historic factory of the same name, whose traditional know-how continues today. The ovoid body of this vase is embellished with flowers in a shade of yellow, accompanied by brown foliage on an azure blue background. This handcrafted object has a cylindrical neck bordered by a frieze and it rests on a circular base with double molding. This pretty vase with a cracked appearance and bright colors will naturally fulfill its decorative functions, whether or not it is garnished with a bouquet. ******* Period: early twentieth century.
