◼ THE STORY & DESIGN The Tulip chair by Eero Saarinen, produced by Knoll International, replaces the four legs with a sculptural central base. Designed in 1956, it remains one of the most recognisable silhouettes of 20th-century design. ◼ TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Fixed version, non-rotating. Base in white cast aluminium, white moulded shell, removable cushion in blue fabric.
