Two of the six available chairs are swivel models. They are sold individually. All items are original; however, the seats of the chairs have been refinished at some point. Designed by Eero Saarinen and manufactured by Knoll, these chairs exemplify classic Scandinavian modern design. Made from fibreglass with a lacquered cast aluminium base, they measure 81 cm in height, 73 cm in width, 53 cm in depth, with a seat height of 53 cm. They are sold without cushions, allowing buyers to customise their seating comfort. Visible signs of use, including slight scratches and wear, attest to their vintage character while maintaining a stable and solid structure. Eero Saarinen was a celebrated Finnish-American architect and designer known for his organic forms and innovative designs. Created in 1956, the Tulip chair remains an iconic piece in mid-century design history.
