Aro Tripod lamp, Hairpin floor lamp

Aro tripod lamp, hairpin floor lamp. Awesome floor lamp from the 60s, a so-called "hairpin or tripod" lamp, as it stands on three legs. The lamp was manufactured by the german lamp manufacturer aro-leuchten gmbh. The company specialised in lamps with plastic lampshades instead of glass. Many lamps were designed by other companies in the 1950s and 1960s. Aro-leuchten produced the plastic versions in the 1970s. It is in very good original condition and makes a wonderful light. The shade is intact, the cover has minimal cracks, see photo. The metal shows patina in some places. It works perfectly. Two e 27 bulbs are required. The cable has been replaced at one point so that it is two-coloured. The switch can be operated with the foot. Since there are different electrical conditions in each country and it is vintage goods, I would recommend having the lamp checked by an electrician. Dimensions: height: 116 cm|45.66 inch.
