Rare mid-century floor lamp by the German manufacturer Hesse-Leuchten. This floor lamp impresses with its minimalist elegance. The delicate frame made of black-painted steel forms a tripod base at the bottom. The inner part of the frame is white. It holds the sockets and serves as a support for the shade. The slightly conical lampshade is made from a type of structured plastic (Lystra). It rests flat on the ring-shaped support of the frame. The material of the lampshade is translucent and has a striking texture. The frame and the lampshade create a wonderful contrast in terms of material and colour. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
