Set of 2 Glove DESIGN chairs Patricia Urquiola vintage 2005 MOLTENI & Cie

This superb pair of chairs is in burgundy red velvet. Very elegant, these are seats with a pure and sober design. These chairs were designed in 2005 by Patricia Urquiola for MOLTENI & Cie. Called GLOVE, these chairs display a structure in folded and shaped steel, with a shell in thermoplastic material and a polyurethane foam insert. Its fabric covering, here a velvet, is completely removable. Glove won The Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Award in 2007: "Soft and sinuous forms for an unconventional seat where the detail of a curve produces the design without additions or accessories - Elemental virtuosity of the minimum." Dimensions: 79 cm high x 52 cm x 51 cm. I note discreet traces of use (halots and rubbing).
