The overall condition is very good. However, please note: on the seat of the chaise longue, one cushion shows wear that requires replacement of the foam and a spring, which is easily accessible from underneath the sofa. Aside from this point, the sofa is in excellent condition. Ideal for a contemporary, comfortable, and modular interior.
