Italian painting portrait of a woman in Impressionist style

Early 20th-century Italian painting. Oil on canvas artwork depicting a portrait of a woman with an earring, in the Impressionist style, with good pictorial quality. The painting is adorned with a beautifully decorated carved and lacquered wooden frame. The vertical painting has a strong visual impact given the painter's intense pictorial intensity. The exquisite brushstrokes create the numerous shades of color on the woman's cloak and the blue background. The painting recently underwent a conservative restoration, including replacement of the stretcher and re-lining (see photo). In good condition. Internal dimensions: H 49 X W 39 cm.
