Eames Herman Miller 1950s LAR armchair in elephant grey on cats cradle black base

Original Charles and Ray Eames rocking chair in elephant grey. Vintage fibreglass shell on replacement zinc cats craddle base  (we also have rocking bases on black or zinc bases and oak/birch runners if you would prefer). Or dowel/Eiffel, H base/cats craddle/stacking in variuos finishes. The contemporary version of this chair is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age really well. In good vintage condition.  The shockmounts are in good condition.  Approximate dimensions: Height: 62cm Width: 63cm Depth: 67cm Seat height: 30cm. The seat and base will be dismantled for safer shipping but can be bought fully assembled if so desired - please let us know in this case and we will let you have a shipping quote.
