Superb set of two large decorative plates made of Chinese porcelain, high-quality reproduction of the Imari style (Japan). Richly decorated with cobalt blue, iron red, and gold highlights, featuring floral patterns and birds (phoenix/peacocks) in cartouches. Characteristics: • Dimensions: * 1 exceptional large plate with a diameter of 46 cm. • 1 plate with a diameter of 32 cm. • Origin: China (Jingdezhen Manufacture), period 1970-1980. • Marking: Red seals on the back stating "China" and "Imari" (伊萬里), with stylised calligraphy. • Condition: Very good overall condition. The colours are vibrant and the gilding is well preserved (see photos). No major cracks or chips. These plates are perfect for classic decoration or for display on a sideboard. The large model of 46 cm is a rare piece due to its size, offering a very beautiful visual impact.
