Superb Art Deco buffet from the 1930s, a centrepiece combining geometric elegance and ornamental richness. This piece stands out with its light wood structure (oak or beech) rhythmically adorned with beautiful stylised floral carvings and fan motifs typical of the era. The top is made of three slabs of veined black marble in perfect condition, offering a striking contrast to the lightness of the wood. It is topped with a pediment incorporating a large original bevelled mirror, whose architectural cut adds remarkable depth to the whole. In terms of storage, it features two central drawers and two large side compartments with curved doors. The silver metal handles and lock entries are period pieces that highlight the authentic character of this exceptional furniture. A piece with an incredible presence, ideal for a contemporary interior seeking a touch of historical charm or for a neoclassical design project. Period: 1930. Condition: Very good vintage condition. The wood has been cleaned, and the marble and mirror are free from major chips. Note a normal patina of use that underscores its authenticity. Dimensions: L 130 cm / H 105 cm (top) / H 155 cm (total with mirror).
