Vintage Regency style Gillows office chair

We offer this elegant English Regency Gillow office chair with hardwood sabre legs. This chair fits into any environment. The armrests are curved to follow the elegant lines of the sabre legs. Designed by Gillows of Lancaster in the late 18th century, it is a masterpiece of style and design. The chair has been cleaned, waxed, and polished; it shows normal signs of wear related to age but is in good overall condition. Dimensions: Height 97 cm, seat height 49.5 cm, width 54.5 cm, depth 55.5 cm. The original leather has a natural patina with cracks, creases, and wear; regular waxing is recommended, and it is advised not to expose the hand-dyed leather to sunlight to prevent it from drying out or discolouring.
