Belgian design set consisting of a T1 table and two matching chairs, designed by Willy Van Der Meeren. The table is distinguished by its asymmetrical top and its fine metal hairpin legs. The top has been redone in solid wood in the 1970s. The two chairs combine a curved wooden seat and backrest with a black tubular structure. Viewed from the back, the tube loops up behind the backrest, a detail that echoes the design of the table's legs. The contrast between the light top and the darker wood of the chairs highlights the silhouette of each piece. The chairs show signs of use on the wood, particularly on the edges of the seats and backs. The table's legs show a visible patina in the photos.
