Camping seat "Kiss Ply" by Jacques Hitier for Tubauto

This seat dates from the 50s, it was used as outdoor furniture on the liner france. It was part of the camping set "kiss ply" of the company tubauto which consisted of a folding table in the shape of a suitcase and two folding armchairs. Its patinated and articulated tubular structure is held at the front and rear from a brace. A stretched canvas serves as a seat and backrest. That of the backrest is fixed on a leather frame. Seat height: 40cm. Minimum footprint once folded: 65cm X 40cm X 5cm.
