Vintage globe 1950 terrestrial Girard Barrère and Thomas - 44 cm

Huge old world map in boiled cardboard and aluminum brand girard and barrère circa 1950 in good condition. The map is clean although the colors are somewhat faded, the art deco-inspired aluminum base is splendid. It is not dated but we find the former french colonies of north africa and india, it is a globe of the 50s. It measures 44cm high for 32cm deep, the globe displays 32cm in diameter.
