A superb, monumental vase in clear crystal, signed Sèvres – France, an iconic creation from the 1970s-1980s. This mouth-blown and hand-cut piece possesses a timeless elegance characteristic of the exceptional craftsmanship of the Manufacture nationale de Sèvres. The free-flowing design evokes a stylized tulip or a crystalline flame, with generous lines and a flared neck with three symmetrical points. The crystal, of exceptional purity, captures the light and creates magnificent prismatic reflections along its entire height. The base is engraved with the authentic mark "Cristal Sèvres – France" accompanied by the laurel wreath emblem, guaranteeing the origin and quality of the piece. This rare piece, over 50 cm tall, is a prestigious creation from the Sèvres crystalworks, far rarer than the more common 25–35 cm models. It is a sculptural element in its own right – ideal for enhancing a contemporary or classic interior. This vase, with its size and purity, corresponds to a version known as the “large flame model” or “monumental tulip.” These sizes were produced in limited quantities and required significant technical expertise for blowing and polishing the thick crystal. This type of creation testifies to Sèvres' expertise at the crossroads of tradition and contemporary design. Condition: Excellent – minimal signs of wear only on the base, no chips or cracks.
