Original 1940s desk lamp by Eileen Gray for Jumo

An early 1940s desk lamp from the iconic designer Eileen Gray for Jumo. This lamp is in great condition and is the black and brass version with the brass toggle switch. The brass panel on one side of the shade has small areas of spotting, which are shown in the photos. The lamp has been expertly restored, fully cleaned, rewired, and PAT safety tested, ready to use. It uses B22 bayonet bulbs and will be supplied with 2 B22 LED bulbs. Height 50cm, width 35cm, depth 16cm. Many of the items we have for sale are from 'real life', made for use and purpose. There will always be signs of use and aging, which gives each item its individuality and personal charm. We clean and repair but always try to keep everything in its original state. We will always give you a good idea of condition and especially highlight anything that may have aesthetic or structural concern.
