American "Roll Top" desk in oak.

American solid oak desk, also known as "Roll desk top". Closure by sliding curtain (made of wood) that mechanically locks the drawers when in the lowered position. Composed of 3 main blocks: the 2 blocks with drawers and the entire top surface/writing desk/closing curtain. The whole unit is therefore dismountable and easily manageable (see photos). In very good condition, with some signs of use, but the desk is perfectly usable as is, treated wood and sound, original finish in medium oak colour. Numerous drawers and storage spaces, 2 removable shelves above the drawer blocks. 3 locks, but: The lock for the curtain is delivered disassembled (see photos), we do not have the key and if it is left in place, the curtain "clips" itself closed and can only be opened with its key afterwards. (Same principle as for notary files) No aesthetic impact related to this absence. Right drawer lock: in place but unfortunately no key either (lock is simple to replace if needed). Left drawer lock: in place, with key and functioning! Dimensions: width 122 cm, height 123 cm (worktop height, i.e. 77 cm), depth 77 cm.
