Soviet desk lamp made of Bakelite

Articulated desk lamp from the 1940s/50s, made of dark brown Bakelite in the USSR. Its functional and streamlined design is in line with the Bauhaus movement and recalls European industrial creations from the interwar period. It is often attributed to Christian Dell (no official documents verify this to date). The arm is fully articulated, allowing for tilting forward or backward. The lampshade is also adjustable up and down, providing precise and adaptable lighting. The lamp is in excellent overall condition. It retains its original switch and is fully functional.
