Pierre Paulin 1st Edition F675 Butterfly Lounge Chair for Artifort 1963

Fantastic early edition of the iconic Butterfly lounge chair, model F675, designed by Pierre Paulin in 1963 for Artifort. These early examples are becoming increasingly rare. Hard to find an original one in good condition nowadays. For me one of the nicest designs by Pierre Paulin. An amazing design classic. It has a nickel-plated geometric frame with the original black protection gliders and still the original cowhide seating, which was more rare than the edition in leather. The chair is in good original condition. The frame is very good. The cowhide has some traces of use on the seat. The hair of the cowhide is gone on a few places, but no tears and still sturdy and good.
