Bowl by Robert Picault, echoes of a precious past, dating from 1960. Mixed works, delicately scarified, evoking the hand of the craftsman. Born in Vallauris, it carries the warmth of the south, Height of 3.5 cm (0.78 inches), diameter of 15 cm (6.29 inches), signed with the RP monogram in oxide, a testament to authentic craftsmanship. Vintage charm reveals itself in good condition, marked by signs of use, like so many memories of yesteryear. A former student of the School of Applied Arts in Paris, Robert Picault arrived in Vallauris in 1946. He created the Callis workshop with his schoolmates Roger Capron (1922-2006) and Jean Derval (1925-2010).
