The design, very graphic, evokes the art ceramic productions of the 1960s-1970s, such as Vallauris or Puigdemont. The reverse bears a difficult-to-identify handwritten signature as well as the mention "Hungary", confirming its Hungarian origin. The plate comes with its original hanging system.
