1950s Sideboard by Georg Satink for WK Möbel

Classic sideboard (Type 32) from the 1950s, designed by Georg Satink for WK Möbel from the 'Architekt Satink' living series. This series was exhibited in 1958 at the World Expo in Brussels in the German Pavilion. New conical solid wood feet give the body a floating lightness. The sliding door with new HPL coating in cream white emphasizes the minimalist aesthetic. A striking walnut veneer pattern, extending even to the back panel, demonstrates the high craftsmanship of the workmanship.
