Classic buffet (Type 32) from the 1950s, designed by Georg Satink for WK Möbel as part of the 'Architekt Satink' furniture series. This series was exhibited in 1958 at the Brussels World Expo in the German Pavilion. New solid wood conical legs give the body a floating lightness. The sliding door with an inset oval handle emphasises the minimalist aesthetic. A striking walnut veneer pattern, extending even to the back panel, demonstrates the high level of craftsmanship in the construction.
