Curved corner buffet Napoleon III – Flamed mahogany and original marble

Curved corner buffet from the Napoléon III period, made of solid mahogany and flamed mahogany veneer, with a characteristic bulging silhouette. Two shaped doors open to reveal an interior with three shelves. The original pink veined marble top features a moulded profile with a serpentine outline, resting on a moulded cornice. The chiselled brass fittings adorn the doors as handles. The whole piece stands on sculpted, shaped feet with a moulded curved apron base. Condition report: significant veneer losses, particularly at the top, woodworm holes, scratches, and wear on all surfaces, absence of a lock. Restoration is required; intervention possible upon request by the seller's workshops. Dimensions: H. 105 cm – W. 90 cm – Estimated weight: 80 kg.
