Dating: Between 1925 and 1944. French Equatorial Africa (AEF) was established in 1910. In 1921, Germany lost its colonies in Africa: Namibia and Tanzania came under British mandate, Cameroon and Togo under French mandate. The borders of Libya are those established by the Italo-Egyptian treaty of 1925. The upper edges of the maps were inscribed until 1944. Ideal for vintage decoration, collection, or original gift!
