Chest of drawers, Belgium 1950s

Special chest of drawers attributed to Philippe Neerman for De Coene, as part of the project interior for the Royal Library of Belgium. Solid oak furniture with 65 drawers, 2 sliding doors at the bottom and a sliding shelf in the middle. The drawers and sliding doors have a leather handle. It is missing on the right door. With signs of wear corresponding to its age, but structurally completely in order and indestructible. Beautiful furniture "dans son jus", or excellent restoration base for an exclusive masterpiece.
