French Vintage Art Deco White Glass Abstract Platformier Ceiling LIght. Crafted from white opaque glass, the shade features a distinctive abstract design which enhances the diffusion of light, creating a soft, ambient glow. Retaining its original cords, the fixture is accented with charming covered wooden buttons and a matching ceiling fitter, preserving its authentic character and period integrity. The light is fiteed with French braided twin core wiring and is fitted with a bayonet bulb holder and takes a B22 bulb.The shade is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It does have some air bubbles within the glass which is a common feature in glass lighting from this era. The ropes, buttons and ceiling canopy show some age related marks and areas of discolouration with some fraying.
