Mid-century Art Deco amphora vase; baluster body (ovoid & flared neck), two small cut-out side handles, Art Deco relief details. Made of dark red glazed earthenware with gold highlights. 1950s / 1960s. By the French manufacturer Poet-Laval. A small chip on the rim (see photos).
