Vintage vase Bay Keramik 650-25 – West German Pottery. Superb glazed ceramic vase from the German manufacturer Bay Keramik, model 650-25, probably made in the 1960s–1970s. Its slender, slightly curved silhouette is enhanced by an elegantly arched handle and a remarkable raised floral decoration. The stylised leaves, arranged in geometric compositions and accompanied by small raised beads, create a rich and expressive surface. The glossy glaze in shades of mustard yellow, olive green, and deep brown highlights the details of the decoration and adds a lovely warmth to the whole. A piece representative of the West German Pottery aesthetic, characteristic of German design in the second half of the 20th century.
